Recorded live in Houston, Texas before an overflow crowd of more than 4000, Pastor Dixon delivers the spoken word of which is intermingled with the musical prowess of the popular group, The Williams Brothers along with the 250 voice strong People Empowered To Win Crusade Choir. This project does not embody many songs, with the group and choir performing together on the tracks "Are You Saved, Part 1 & 2," "Get To Know Him, Part 1 & 2" and " “I Believe A Miracle, Part 1 & 2." About half of the project (25:53 to be exact), is devoted to a sermon by Pastor Dixon entitled "Lifes Most Important Question," which closes the project out. Although this project is different content wise by todays gospel music standards, The People Empowered to Win Crusade delivers Sunday morning church service without stepping into a sanctuary.
