My Man or My Child

"My Man or My Child" is a Gospel stage play. It is a stage play that depicts a single mother trying to rear a teenage son admist many struggles and challenes including a tough economy. However, it's not the economy that this single parent struggles with the most. It's trying to juggle and maintain here relationship with her new found man, and her son. Charlene has longed for a relationship with someone who would treat her like a woman and make here life complete. She thinks she finally found 'Mr. Right", but the problem is that her focus seems to shift from her child to her man and it becomes apparent tht she begins putting her personal needs before her child's needs and forgets that her child still needs her attention, support and love. She soon finds herself in a precarious predicament and face with a tough question, one that everyone wants to knw the answer too......The question is, "My Man or My Child"?.... Which one will she choose?
