Items purchased from our online store can be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or by the U.S. Postal Service. Average delivery for orders is 10-14 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays. However, if you need faster delivery, we do offer express shipping.

We can accept orders within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. There is an additional charge for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and overseas military destinations. (See chart above). For international orders, please get in touch with us. Orders received after 9 a.m. CST will be processed the next business day.
Returns
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied. If your merchandise arrives with any damage, we will of course replace it free of charge (including shipping costs). Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to report any damages. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any other reason, we will exchange the merchandise or give you a store credit (excluding shipping costs). For damaged or defective DVDS, CDS, apparel, and accessories, we will only exchange for the exact product. No exceptions. Our policy is to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
