How to assemble and Use: Disassemble the inhaler. Insert a cotton wick into the glass bottle with 1/4" exposed at the top. Place a few drops into the cotton wick from a bottle or dropper and not into the glass bottle itself. Reassemble inhaler and enjoy it. The proper way is to hold the inhaler just below your nose and slowly inhale. Slowly is the key. Count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. as you inhale. Then hold for another count of 5, and then slowly exhale.
