n the summer of 2003. the East Coast of America was literally consumed by darkness. Though in the midst of the largest blackout in U.S. history most news reports spoke of the relative calm in a potentially chaotic situation. the situation in Brooklyns East Flatbush neighborhood would soon become extremely volatile.
